Thank you SO much for the box of cookies!! They arrived yesterday and were outstanding — still very fresh. I shared them with my Soldiers and we had a mini "cookie tasting." Each of the four kinds were excellent, but I'm torn between the chocolate chip with oatmeal, coconut and nuts, or the pumpkin spice as my favorite. ;-) Again, thank you for thinking of us over here and for brightening our day with some special cookies. Oh my stars! Your cookies rate 100 out of 10! I bought a pack of your Italian Almond cookies this morning at Frying Pan Park. They are the best thing I have eaten in the year since my wheat allergy was diagnosed. Your cookies are so above any gluten/wheat-free cookie I have purchased throughout the region. Your Italian Almond cookies are 21-karat gold. Thank you for making such fantastic cookies. You were the highlight of my day, my week!

Just want to drop you a line to let you know that the molasses oat banana bread is, by FAR, the best banana bread I have ever had. The texture and flavor are unbelievable. I have made many attempts at banana bread (usually the whole grain variety. I do grind my own flour for bread) and this blows away anything I've tried.
I am having to spend a lot of time at the gym these days (I don't mind, however!). I think that the USDA needs to create a whole new essential food group and name it after you :-) See you Sunday.

We just got your package of cookies and I think that they may have lasted a whole 15 minutes. The guys over here really liked them (especially the ginger ones I think) and were all about them. I think that if any of them have parents in DC that you may end up having guys show up at your shop and asking for some! In any case, they certainly helped brighten the day and compliment our coffee! I ordered some really good Columbian Narino and Kenya AA and your cookies go amazing with the Narino. Thank you again for spending the time to put that package together and sending it to us.

The ricotta poundcake I bought this morning is delicious! I meant to save it to bring to my mom's house tonight, but I just had to have a slice at work. I think stopping at Frying Pan park Wednesdays on my way to work may be my new tradition :)

Your Cheddar and Parmesan cheese straws are the best that I have ever tasted. As explained, I didn't want to share it with anybody and it felt like if I was in heaven ..... Oh why is the east coast so far from the west coast! Please ship more!
